Street Figher

Ability Requirements:	Strength 12
                        Dexterity 15
                        Constitution 11
Prime requisite:	Dexterity
Allowed Races: All

A Street Fighter must have minum ability scores of Strength 11, Dexterity 15, and Constitution 11. A Street Fighter who has a Strength and Dexterity of 16 or more gains a 10 percent bonus to the experience points he earns.

Street Fighters gain Exceptional Strength (and Constitution at ninth level) as a fighter.

Street Fighters can have any alignment: Good or Evil, Lawful, Chaotic, or Neutral.

A Street Fighter is a master of his Martial Art. He may specialize in his styles, plus any weapons allowed by his style. A Street Fighter can not cast magical spells, but can use his Chi, and many magical items, including potions, protection scrolls, most rings, and all forms of enchanted weapons allowed by his style.

A Street Fighter must donate 10% of his treasure to his dojo until ninth level as payment for training. Also he cannot own more than 10 magic items until ninth level. All extra magic items will be given to dojo.

At ninth level the Street Fighter gains the title "Sensai" (or master) and he becomes very powerful and leaves his dojo. At this point he gains the Fighter Constitution bonus, he can have an unlimited number of magic items, and he no longer has to donate any treasure.

At ninth level the Street Figher may also build his own dojo. As word of this gets around he will attract more students and a fairly high level teacher. As the number of students grow surrounding city counsel and guards will watch. Many times the counsel of the town will ask the Sensai to become the defender of the particular city. If this is an unusual large city (such as Tantras or Waterdeep in the Realms) then the Sensai will be allotted an amount (or the laborers) to build himself a fortress. This will attract even more students and some men-at-arms.
